Here's how it works:

The initial buyer of a complete engagement ring, including center stone and mounting, from Bremer Jewelry is entitled to a refund, excluding sales tax, of the purchase price of their wedding bands, up to $5,000, if the precipitation on their wedding day measures an inch or more. The precipitation is measured at the Greater Peoria Airport in Peoria, Illinois, by the National Weather Service during the 24-hour period of midnight to midnight (Central Standard Time) of the wedding date.
